1. No Return, No Refund, No Replacement Policy

All products sold by Digital Jaap are offered under a strict "No Return, No Refund, No Replacement" policy.

Once the order is delivered to the customer, we do not accept any request for return, refund, exchange, or replacement under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Not required anymore
  • Found cheaper elsewhere
  • Personal dislike of the product
  • Minor cosmetic variations
  • Buyer's remorse

By placing an order on our website, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

2. Nature of the Product

Our naam jaap counters are spiritual utility products, offered at a highly discounted bundle price.

Due to the nature of pricing, packaging, and logistics, and the fact that these are non-returnable spiritual items, the product cannot be taken back or replaced after delivery.

3. Quality Assurance

Each product is tested and quality-checked before dispatch.

Minor variations in color, sound, click sensitivity or external appearance do not qualify as defects and are normal for mass-manufactured counters.

4. What if a Product Appears to be Not Working?

In rare cases where a product appears non-functional, customers must understand:

  • These counters operate on basic click-mechanisms, and issues may arise from battery, resetting, or operating method.
  • Most issues are usage-related, not manufacturing defects.

However, this does NOT entitle the customer to:

  • Exchange

We only provide usage guidance, not product replacement.

5. Prepaid Orders & Refunds

We accept prepaid orders only. All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway. In case of eligible returns or cancellations, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Digital Jaap reserves the right to:

  • Restrict future orders from customers with repeated order refusals or return abuse
  • Verify order details before processing to prevent fraudulent transactions
  • Take necessary legal action for fraudulent or malicious order behaviour

6. Wrong Address, Unreachable, or Refused Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

  • Wrong or incomplete address
  • Customer not reachable
  • Customer refusal to accept

The order will be treated as cancelled and cannot be replaced or resent.

7. Legal Compliance & Acceptance

This policy is drafted in compliance with the applicable provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, which allows sellers to define and declare non-returnable categories and terms, provided they are:

  • Clear
  • Visible
  • Accepted by the buyer before purchase

By completing the purchase, the customer automatically agrees to the policy stated above.
